Responsibilities & Requirements
The Employee Engagement Manager works closely with the department leadership and other key stakeholders to closely align Kettering Health's engagement strategy with people, business, and culture goals. Leads the development and implementation of culture strategies, programs, and resources that animate the mission, vision, and values of Kettering Health. Performs other duties as assigned.
Three years of progressive experience with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience, training and development, organizational effectiveness, or other related HR disciplines. Experience leading teams or serving in a leadership role preferred. Bachelor's degree in organizational development, leadership, human resources, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
