Position Purpose: Support various activities, processes, and projects related to compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Support enterprise-wide regulatory reporting processes, such as DOL, USCIS, and OFCCP requirements. Coordinate requests for personnel files and HR records. Respond to request for records for internal and external audits and subpoenas for Human Resources. Initiate and maintain employee documents in various HRC programs, including I9 and clinical licensure programs. Support partnership with leaders and stakeholders on implementation of department initiatives. Provide support on Company policies and procedures; promote use of self-service and HR Services options Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of human resources experience. License/Certification: HR certification preferred.
