Human Resources Specialist

We're seeking a driven and high-performing HR Specialist to support our recruiting team with job creation and posting, sourcing, offer creation, onboarding, and other employee performance duties as needed.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Ensure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the screening, hiring, and selection processes.
- Lead the recruitment process by sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates, conducting thorough reference checks, and crafting comprehensive employment contracts.
- Conduct meticulous reviews of applicants, identifying and selecting the most qualified candidates for the organization.
- Utilize your expertise to screen candidates through resume and application assessments, occasionally conducting phone screenings to assess their suitability.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of job posts and recommend enhancements based on success rates, staying informed on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
- Take charge of orientation coordination and actively support training initiatives during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operations Teams to handle Background Checks, Onboarding, and Offer Letters efficiently.
- Provide assistance to department heads in implementing performance management and review procedures.
- Ensure prompt resolution of requests by acquiring a comprehensive understanding of Company policies and processes.
- Develop and execute HR Outreach strategies to attract top-tier talent to the organization.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist.
- General HR, compensation, or international tax (expatriate) experience in Turkey and the United States.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain policy applicability and impact to employees.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Have knowledge of Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as BambooHR.
