Roles and responsibilities:
Shift Time: 5PM to 3 AM IST
Responsible for the administration of the Orgvue software to refresh data, grant/maintain permissions, analyze, model, and visualize organizational data
Support and train HR and organizational leaders to view/create/maintain accurate org charts, assess workforce analytics, and provide insights into workforce planning and organizational performance
Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy, implement changes, and optimize the use of Orgvue for better decision-making and strategic planning
Create custom applications and tools, integrate data sources, and collaborate with teams to optimize organizational data management and reporting processes
Strong proficiency in data manipulation, and visualization tools, as well as an understanding of HR and organizational data, are crucial for this role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs, provides technical expertise, and offers support for troubleshooting and optimizing Orgvue-based solutions
Provide training to users, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay updated on best practices in organizational design and analytics
Manage survey setup (build survey in tool & all translations required) include reaching out to vendor/internal team for validation, etc.
Upkeep access to survey tool and permissions based on various roles (leader, HR, senior leaders, etc.)
Support translations for surveys – (building excel file, collecting from translator group (internal or vendor), uploading into tool, reviewing online links, making final edits and getting confirmation from the translators
Manage the survey champion list when responding to requests across the global HR team.
Manage the centralized survey inbox, answering employee, manager and HR questions about the survey, access, etc.
Support in training design and execution of surveys (HR and Manager training)
Other tasks as deemed necessary with evolution of programs
Responsible to create Employee surveys, extract survey reports, and perform analysis on the survey results to derive insights
Liaise with Business stakeholders (Sr. managers, Associate Directors, & Directors) on regular basis to define the survey objectives, provide updates, and publish results
Required Experience & Education:
Graduate/Post-graduate (MBA - Preferably in HR)
At least 7 -9 years of total experience with 3 to 5 years of experience with Orgvue tool
Experience required: Preferred experienced with Perceptyx but any online survey tool like Qualtrics, Glint, etc. will be helpful and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience preferred: training design background and/or HR Analytics
Language skills: Proficient in English: reading and writing > Managing the BPTW inbox requires this.
