"I can succeed as a Human Resources Advisor at Capital Group."As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be a key member of the HR team supporting our Investment and Investment-Related groups. In this role, you will partner with the global HR team and business leaders to drive the people component of Capital's business strategy, particularly focusing on leading core HR processes and serving as a subject matter expert on various HR topics. A key focus area for this role will be providing HR generalist support to business clients as well as leading cyclical talent processes.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $66,132-$105,811
San Francisco Base Salary Range: $72,915-$116,664
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
