Job DescriptionMetron's Human Resources team is currently seeking an Intern to support operations in the corporate office, primarily assisting the Recruiting team. The chosen individual will help with all recruiting and onboarding activities including the interview processes and training, candidate assessment, and preboarding and onboarding activities. Additional tasking could include assisting the Human Resources team with benefits, employee training and development, and organizing corporate events.
This internship is an opportunity to work with a mid-size organization to learn various responsibilities of Human Resources and help facilitate the growth and development of a scientific consulting company. The ideal candidate is interested in learning about recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, organizational development and other HR related functions.

Desired Qualifications- Pursuing Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to demonstrate professional work ethic
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
