Salary: 26,975.00 - 42,585.00Role Purpose StatementThis position provides HR administrative services and support to the employees of the Customer Services Center
Main Accountabilities- Assist employees with resolution of issues and elevate to the appropriate level of management as required. Provide exemplary human resources services to internal customers.
- Conduct new hire orientation. Assist with the completion of new hire paperwork
- Submit uniform order for new hires and replacement uniforms
- Elevate problems appropriately to HRM
- Conduct Retention Surveys with all new hires as required
