This position will not only include HR responsibilities, but recruiting and innovative aspects as well. The pay rate for this role starts at $40/hour.
Job Description: - Collaborate with our HR team regarding all HR concerns
- Manage and track productivity, effectiveness, development, and internal relations within the office
- Help contribute to our positive and highly efficient work environment
- Work with recruiting managers during all stages of the hiring process to ensure the quality and diversity of every hire
- Track and report hiring metrics
- Continuously work towards the betterment of our company through innovative suggestions
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- 1-3 years of HR generalist experience
- Must be knowledgeable of HR practices and processes
- Impeccable communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with internal staff and external companies
