We count Le Monde, M6, Vinted, Webedia and many others among our customers. Pubstack has recently launched the Ad Management , the single-stop ad management solution for publishers. The Challenge Pubstack is a team of +40 people and is looking for its first HR Manager. This role is the opportunity to work with the Leadership team, have a direct impact at each stage of the employee lifecycle and be part of Pubstack people’s development and growth. In this role you will report directly to our Chief of Staff and your responsibilities will involve : - Human Ressources - Recruitment - People Operations What will you do? Create our compensation policy and ensure legal compliance with social and labor regulations (especially Syntec industry agreement and CSE) You will be in charge of sourcing talents collaborating with managers to identify and deliver their recruitment needs You will design recruitment and interview processes You will manage day to day people ops, PTO and leave management You will work closely with Management advising them on HR best practices and support them with training and education Build and update our career path, career levels, paybands, trainings, talent reviews, feedback 360, Internal communication and L&D initiatives for employees Keep our employee Benefits competitive and up to date with the market You will be in charge of the contractual part of our employees and collaborate with lawyers when needed Execute and maintain the quality of our processes (Quarterly/Annual Reviews, Onboarding and ongoing Trial periods). Build and update the Internal documentation for our HR processes You will collaborate closely with our Chief of Staff for coordinating internal communications Develop our employer brand and create the playbook for our company values Keep our remote policy up to date with company change and new regulations Who are we looking for? You have 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Manager with broad "generalist" knowledge and experience in human resource management at a startup. Specific experience of French HR legislation is required Fluent in French and English You have experience in talent acquisition and have a track record in recruitment You have experience with the startup culture. You’ve helped a company going from 25 to 50 and/or 50 to 100 people and know the HR playbook for this Excellent program/project management skills, communication and presentation skills Collaborative and team-oriented approach Why should you apply?
