Job Details Job Location Skidmore Sales and Distributing - West Chester, OH Description We are actively seeking a highly motivated, experienced HR Generalist who has proven experience with administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resources department. Collects timekeeping and pay information, processes weekly & bi-weekly payroll and maintains payroll records as well as assists with the administration of compliance audits. Provides support for human resources functions for all companies. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Timekeeping and Payroll – weekly and biweekly pay runs, bonus payments, taxable fringe calculations, etc. HRIS Recordkeeping & Reporting – personnel file maintenance, internal checklist audits, and primary ownership of HRIS data integrity Benefits Administration – processing monthly invoices, reconciling quarterly profit sharing census reports, calculating accrual balances, etc. Compliance & Audit – responsible for internal audits of personnel files, I-9s, and more HRIS Management & Maintenance including job descriptions, ATS maintenance, and department SOPs. Requirements Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of an Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. 3-5 years of professional experience in a corporate HR setting strongly preferred.
