Our team is growing! The Mission Support Analyst will support a variety of HR and Recruiting functions to aid our expanding needs. This position is remote part-time so we can accommodate the person who has HR experience and would like some flexibility and work-life balance.
The MS Analyst performs a variety of human resource functions with a strong focus on data analysis, auditing, and tracking. Provides support in areas including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, employee data, performance management, recruiting, and human resource information systems (HRIS).
Flexible work week, must be able to commit to a schedule to accommodate needs of the department. A portion of the time must be during 9-5 M-F to attend team meetings as needed.
Pay: $20-28 per hour based on experience

HR experience in a minimum of a generalist or assistant capacity, with a solid understanding of federal and state employment laws
Strong communication skills across all mediums including excellent writing and proofreading skills
Ability to successfully manage various projects
Strong technical skills including Google Workspace and HRIS systems
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data
Essential Job Functions
Ongoing HRIS system auditing, ensuring 100% accuracy
Assisting in benefit administration including open enrollment, vendor management, and reconciliations
Tracking of employee professional certifications and skills via database and software
Assisting with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
Providing support and assistance in managing the maintenance and quality control of employee and position data in the HRIS
Developing employee profiles
Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure organization's compliance
Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law
Perform all special projects and all other work-related duties as assigned
