Our HR team is looking for an exceptional Human Resources Representative with 1-2 years HR experience in Human Resources. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to learn and grow their career in HR! Our HR team prides ourselves on our passion for people strategy, and enjoy a lively, "all hands on deck" team dynamic. This individual will be the master and commander of our HRIS and onboarding, handle minor employee relations matters, support the HR team in culture and recognition programs, as well as executing recruiting across several business units. This individual will possess fantastic communication and organization skills, providing timely and outstanding customer service to our employees.
Position Summary- Provide recruitment support for internal business units. Coordinate recruiting efforts for assigned requisitions.
- Administer Employee Benefits
- Provide guidance and feedback to managers on low level employee relations matters
- Conduct New Hire & Benefit Orientation for all new hires
- Process unemployment claims and attend hearings as needed.
- Create reports as requested by clients and senior management; prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.
- Oversee ADP Security Management and Manage HRIS Workflow and Message Center.
- Work with Director on the facilitation of Wellness and Culture programs.
Skills and Experience- 1-2 years' experience in a Human Resources position required
- Experience working with ADP a plus
- Experience conducting new hire orientation a plus
- Outstanding communication and organization skills a must
- The ability to advise employees and managers on various HR related issues relating, but not limited to: onboarding, training, benefits, workers compensation, performance management, recognition, and company policy.
- Human Resources Certificate a plus
- Recruiting experience a plus
Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid remote and onsite. Employee must work onsite in our Albuquerque New Mexico office 2 days per week.
