Description
Recommends, develops, implements and monitors programs, communications, and tools that will strengthen internal procedures and assist employees with understanding and navigating the retirement process. Assists with ERISA compliance and day-to-day responsibilities of all TUHS sponsored benefit/retirement programs and assists in developing and enhancing the TUHS Financial Wellness Program offerings.
Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
4 Years experience in a pension/retirement program position (Required)
License/Certifications
PHR - Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
40 Hours Per Week / 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
