We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our recruiting team. This position is work from home in USA central hours from 8 am – 6 pm. This department is our organization's highest-performing groups and partners directly with our largest clients which include Fortune 500 companies. The Recruiting Manager will be part of the Executive Team and will partner directly with the CEO. They will communicate with Senior Managers in both Sales and Marketing to collaboratively drive all company initiatives. The Recruiting Manager will guide and mentor the team to lead their activity and production. The manager's goal is to ensure a client-first mentality and a revenue-generating mindset.
