We seek an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources Team, remotely! This position focuses on Leave Management, Benefits and Payroll. We are looking for an accomplished Human Resources professional with strong multi-state leave management experience, managing all aspects of multi-state leave of absences, ADA and worker’s compensation, as well as benefits and some payroll functions.
Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources (“HR”), organizational and Team Schein Member (“TSM”) development at the business unit or division level. Consults with TSMs and leaders to address root causes of HR issues, attempting to resolve TSM relation issues with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation reviews, workforce planning, and organizational change). Assists senior leaders in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
