Wanted: HR Consultant for Nationwide Payroll, Insurance and HR Assistance Organization, Remote ok.
HR Compliance Department of a growing nationwide HR Assistance company located in Elmwood Park is seeking an HR self-starter who can work independently on a variety of HR activities.
Knowledge of the laws and strong experience in the administration process associated with:
- FMLA
- ADA
- Disability
- Unemployment
- Maternity/Paternity Leaves
- Paid Family Leaves
- Earned Sick Leave
Other requirements include:
- Proven experience in responding to client questions as they relate to HR concerns and handling employee relations, investigatory and documentation requirements from start through resolution.
- Proven experience addressing disciplinary action concerns and implementing documentation procedures.
- Ability to conduct full-service onboarding activities, i.e, conducting orientations and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Experience handling recruiting activities.
